My (circa) 1937 Olds Special Cornet. Obtained in a multi-horn trade in 2001.

The pre-war Olds Special cornet was a quite different horn from the postwar model. Described by Olds as a cornet player's cornet, this one has a strong cornet tone and a wide open feel.
