Thanks to Bill Harris for the scanned images for the 1949 catalog. I estimate this to be from 1949
based on the horns included. Note that the Recording does not have a trigger, and has an "adjustible"
lead pipe (last of the Super Recording line). The Ambassador is an established member of the lineup.
The Special has the updated bracing (different from my 1947 Special). And the Studio has replaced the
Standard.
